Multi-Jurisdictional I/M Transition Committee

The Multi-Jurisdictional I/M Transition Committee was formed to evaluate the impacts and options to termination of the I/M Program.  The Basic I/M Program will be terminated beginning January 1, 2007 in El Paso, Larimer and Weld Counties. This was a result of the February 2005 Colorado Air Quality Control Commission (AQCC) Regulation No. 11 Rulemaking Hearing.

The Committee is open to whoever wants to participate and was formed through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) agreed to by the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) and the Lead Air Quality Planning Agencies across the Colorado Front Range.

All committee meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of the month from

9:30 – 12:30 a.m. in Denver at the Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC), unless otherwise noted on the agenda shown below. Directions can be found by clicking here.  Please contact Rich Muzzy by email at rmuzzy@ppacg.org or by phone at 719-471-7080 x109 if you would like to be added to the email distribution list or have any questions.
