The trained staff and volunteers of the Senior Insurance Assistance program will review and compare insurance policies, including supplemental, long-term-care programs, employer group health plans, Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage Plans. We will help you understand Medicare and your health insurance plan so you know what benefits are being provided, making you a more informed consumer who feels secure with their health insurance choices.
Senior Insurance Assistance, Inc. began operating November 1, 1995. Our staff brings some 30-plus years of experience in the health insurance field to assist seniors with the never-ending task of understanding their medical insurance needs/problems.
In January 2008, Senior Insurance Assistance, Inc. merged with PPACG’s Area Agency on Aging to provide seamless, consolidated services for older adults. This merger offers convenience for seniors and their caregivers who need more than just insurance assistance and can take advantage of PPACG’s Family Caregiver Support Center, Senior Information & Assistance Center, and other direct services.
Senior Insurance Assistance, Inc. is the local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) office for Park, EL Paso, and Teller counties.
