Vaccines for Veterans March 7.VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System has another 100 Covid-19 vaccine appointments available Sunday, March 7, at the PFC. Floyd K. Lindstrom Clinic in Colorado Springs.This is an opportunity for Veterans 65 years and older and waiting for a vaccine, as well as primary and secondary caregivers enrolled in the VA Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. If a Veteran is eligible for a vaccine, qualified caregivers enrolled in PCAFC are eligible too. Vaccinations will also be given to Veterans who are front-line health care workers and essential workers with a work ID, including first responders (e.g., firefighters and police officers), corrections officers, food and agricultural workers, U.S. Postal Service workers, manufacturing workers, grocery store workers, public transit workers, childcare workers and education faculty (teachers and support staff).Eligible Veterans may request an appointment right now by calling 888-336-8262.
