This lecture series, sponsored by the PPACG Area Agency on Aging (AAA), PILLAR Institute for Lifelong Learning, and the UCCS Aging Center, invites you to explore the reinvention of life after retirement. Speakers will discuss health, finances, purpose, socialization, technology, relationships, spirituality, and more.
Retirement is different for everyone. But Baby Boomers, more than other generations before them, want more out of retirement just like they wanted more out of life when they were younger. What does that look like?
Does it ever feel that life is moving too quickly and making demands faster than you can respond to them? Now consider this seemingly unrelated question: Are you curious about what happens when music crawls inside your head? Or how you can shift your emotions and state of mind using the tunes you love? Discover what it means as a Baby Boomer to have “your tone match your tune” in life. Explore the secret to consciously choosing music – from Mozart to Motown – to impact your health, life perspective, and even relationships. The message will be music to your ears!
