The Adult Education/Workforce Partnership Group met periodically throughout Phase II to review and discuss issues related to workforce training and adult education sector. The group included representatives from higher education and workforce training organizations, business and community leaders, and representatives from Fort Carson.

During Phase III of the Growth Plan, the Colorado Advisory Council on Military Education (CO-ACME) will address Fort Carson growth impacts on higher education. Workforce issues will continue to be addressed through the Economic Development and Workforce Partnership Group.
