This Sustainability/Quality of Life Partnership Group met periodically throughout Phase II of the Growth Plan to discuss how overall quality of life will be impacted by the growth at Fort Carson and to address the topic of sustainability in the region. The group included business/community leaders, grassroots organizations, and representatives from Fort Carson.
During Phase II, the group focused on supporting the development a Sustainability Action Plan for Economic Development.
The sustainability component of Phase III of the Growth Plan has been incorporated into the Pikes Peak Regional Sustainability Project. For information and materials on this project, visit PPACG's sustainability web page.
