The Fort Carson Regional Growth Plan assesses the current capacity and future demands of utilities and infrastructure and makes recommendations on ways to meet the needs of the installation and the surrounding communities as the region grows.
A Utilities Partnership Group meets on an as-needed basis to help inform this analysis.

Phase II Overview (July 2010)
The Phase II Growth Plan supplemental report notes that overall, utilities in the region are working with Fort Carson and have developed plans to address infrastructure and supply needs for Fort Carson and related off-post growth. However, because of the economic downturn, some utilities have had to delay infrastructure projects to meet growth-related needs. Phase III – Ongoing Implementation
PPACG continues to work with Fort Carson and local utilities to monitor ongoing regional impacts of Fort Carson and other growth and sustainability-related issues. This coordination is being conducted as part of the Pikes Peak Regional Sustainability Project (PPRSP). Please click here for more information.
