Non-profit Call Center Plan Released for Public Comment

Colorado Springs, CO–On April 13, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) released the Draft Non-profit Joint Scheduling and Dispatch Call Center Plan for public review and comment.

The draft plan can be downloaded here. The plan will be discussed at the next Coordination Committee on Specialized Transportation (CCOST) meeting April 26, 2011, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the PPACG building (parking at 14 South Chestnut St). PPACG serves as the state-designated Area Agency on Aging for El Paso, Park and Teller counties. The agency administers programs and services funded through the federal Older Americans Act and the State of Colorado to give older adults what they most desire—the ability to live independently in their own homes and avoid costly institutionalization.
