The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) is working towards becoming the Designated Recipient of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 program funds for the Colorado Springs Urbanized Area. The PMP serves as a guide for PPACG’s policies and procedures for administering the FTA’s Section 5310: Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities program. This PMP details how a project is selected, incorporated into the appropriate documents for federal funding, contracted, and managed. To receive this designation, PPACG must detail how it plans to administer the 5310 FTA program in a Program Management Plan (PMP).
The draft PMP was approved for comment by the PPACG Board of Directors on September 9, 2020. The draft version of the PMP can be found on our website at www.ppacg.org/aging.
