Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program incorporates, in one document, all state, regional, and local transportation planning and related air quality planning activities proposed for the Colorado Springs metro area, over a two-year period. PPACG must prepare this document as the basis and condition for federal funding.
