| The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) is accepting proposals from organizations to provide services to older adults and individuals with disabilities in El Paso, Park, and Teller counties. The Request for Proposals (RFP) online portal is now open, and programs and projects awarded funding will be eligible to receive funds beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. We have made updates to the RFP online portal for transportation providers to apply for funds through the Pikes Peak Area Agency on Aging (PPAAA) and Federal Transit Administration funds for older adults and individuals with disabilities. You may disregard this information within the RFP online portal if you are not applying for transportation funds. Please note the following RFP dates: RFP Online Portal Training – February 1-28, 2022: Training is required for new applicants and optional for returning applicants. Proposals Due – March 4, 2022: Proposals must be electronically signed and submitted by 11:59PM MST. Contract Finalization – June 2022: Respondents will be notified of their proposal status and contracts will be executed for approved proposals.
